My proudest accomplishment is being the mama of three incredible humans; Bowin, Onyx and Medina. Becoming pregnant for the first time was when I oriented myself to natural health care. I let go of my Western doctor during my first pregnancy, chose to get a midwife and never turned back. I gave birth to my two daughters at home with the sole support of inhaling lavender essential oil!
It's been a consistent learning curve to become sovereign with my health.

Through a multi-faceted holistic approach, I support myself and others to activate their natural healing processes, to physical, spiritual, emotional and financial well-being. Through my healing journey, my star lineage and my true purpose, I have always been drawn to the metaphysical arts and ancient wisdom.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
I attended Capilano University Business School and received a Business Administration Degree and an International Marketing Diploma. Previously, I completed the Professional Photography Program at Langara College and interned for Mary Ellen Mark in NYC.
My diverse work experience from the in-house Special Events Coordinator at BC Children’s Hospital and being part of Vancouver’s underground house music scene in the late 1990s as one of the first female visual artists, displaying multi-media provided me with invaluable experience. As a freelance photographer and later, owner of a 100 Mile café wine bar/gallery & music venue on Vancouver Island provided opportunities to express my multi-passionate entrepreneurial spirit and creativity.
In all instances, reminding me of my core desire to cultivate ultimate health and unrestricted time with my children, from any location.
